it’s hard to be alone in a crowd.  it feels like you’re always the odd one out.  and when you don’t get the support of those around you, when they say ‘no’, it is difficult to believe that you still know what you know and you still believe what you believe.

it is a lot easier to go with the flow…to be normal and to be one of them… to be a part of the whole system.  but it is a great challenge to be different, much more to make a difference.  for when they say ‘no’, how could you possibly continue?

when you’re about to begin a new page of your life but then again they say ‘no’… on what string of hope would you hold onto?

and when everything is done and gone… does it really matter if you follow when they say ‘no’?
